Inflammation of the extensor carpi ulnaris tendon, which is located on the pinky side of the hand.
Pain and limited movement along the medial (inner) aspect of the wrist i.e. on the pinky side are we usually observe.
Depending on how inflamed the area is, swelling and redness can occasionally occur.
Pain is usually caused by activities involving extension or twisting (such as opening door handles) movements of the hand or wrist and is localized to a specific area. For instance, it can be due to sports, gym, or another activities such as DIY.
