Inter-metatarsal Bursitis
This is an inflammation of a small fluid-filled sac between the metatarsal heads.
The bursa swells, putting pressure on the nerve in the web space. It is most common between the third and fourth toes, just like Mortons neuroma.

Some possible causes include:
- Irritation to the bursa
- Wearing inadequate footwear when doing sports
